English soccer star Michelle Agyemang, darts sensation Luke Littler and cricketer Davina Perrin have been selected as contenders for the 2025 Young Athlete of the Year award.
The trio have been honoured for their exceptional achievements over the last year.
Agyemang helped the Lionesses secure Euro 2025, Littler secured the world title for the first time, and Perrin surged to prominence with a record-breaking innings.
Littler was the recipient in 2024 after his sensational debut year.
The shortlisted athletes were unveiled on a widely-listened-to radio show.
The champion will be unveiled on the Sports Personality of the Year show on the 18th of December.
The show will be aired from 7 PM GMT.

A mere three months after her first cap for her country, Agyemang played a dramatic and decisive role in England's run to Euro 2025 glory.
She entered the fray to score vital last-gasp goals in both the knockout stage games.
Her incredible contributions led to her being named Young Player of the Tournament.
Subsequently, she was awarded the Golden Girl trophy for the top young European talent.
She was also in contention for the Kopa Trophy for the global standout among U21 women.
Agyemang, who has been playing for Brighton on loan from Arsenal, ruptured her anterior cruciate ligament in October.
"Being nominated for this award is incredible," said Agyemang. "I'm grateful to God and I'm thankful for the support I've received from my loved ones, mentors, colleagues and supporters."

He secured a comprehensive triumph over Michael van Gerwen in the final.
His subsequent victory at the World Matchplay made him only the fifth competitor to complete the prestigious triple crown of major titles.
He didn't stop there - his win in November's Grand Slam of Darts meant he ascended to world number one for the very first time.
At 18, he is the youngest man to do so, shattering the previous record.
"Earning a spot on the shortlist for this award again is a big honour," stated Littler. "Last year's win was a special memory for me and I've had another incredible 12 months. I want to continue promoting darts."

Perrin is one of English cricket's brightest emerging stars and rose to fame with an remarkable and historic innings in August.
Her sublime 42-ball century in The Hundred is the quickest ever by an English female in T20s.
It also stands as the shared third-fastest women's T20 century in a major league or full member T20 international.
Perrin ended up as runner-up in the run-scoring charts and was named the young player of the year by the PCA.
