Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Professional Guidance from Golf Legend Woods Prior to Professional Golf First Appearance

Young golfer getting ready for major tournament

The rising star has considerable online presence

The young golfer can count on numerous well-known cheerleaders as she starts her LPGA debut this Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is connected to a former US president, received a sponsor's invitation to participate at the Annika tournament in Florida.

Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, operates multiple golf courses and regularly plays against his granddaughter.

"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we play competitive games," she stated.

Kai explained that her grandfather, who cannot attend, told her: "Simply stay calm."

"My grandpa basically suggested to compete and relax," she explained.

"From my perspective, he's just a normal grandpa. He's not attending for the tournament. He's occupied with presidential duties, making him rather occupied."

Being non-professional, Kai has participated in only three events this year and maintains the 461st position in AJGA rankings.

But she can get advice from Tiger Woods, who is dating her mother.

"He is the best player worldwide," Kai stated.

"And he's a superior human being. He suggested me to go out there, have fun, and go with whatever happens."

She'll challenge some of top competitors in the sport at this tournament, featuring second-ranked Nelly Korda, British Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

The LPGA mentioned that Kai's presence helps introduce golf to new audiences, especially reaching youth audiences.

Kai maintains a massive following and just introduced a personal apparel and wellness brand.

She begins at late afternoon GMT.
